Custom Applications
Generic tools force your team to work the way the software dictates. A custom application does the opposite: it fits how your business actually runs. AIVON designs it, builds it and maintains it.
iOS and Android mobile apps
Native or cross-platform applications with UI/UX design optimised for each operating system.
Web apps and internal dashboards
Management tools, dashboards and backoffice systems your team will use every day.
UI/UX design
Navigable prototypes, design systems and usability testing before a line of code is written.
Scalable architecture
Technology and structure chosen so the app grows with you, not against you.
Deployment and maintenance
App Store and Google Play publishing, server configuration and ongoing support.
Performance and security are not extras. They are the starting point.
What we get asked before we start
- Do I need a custom app or will an existing tool do?
- This is the first question we ask ourselves before proposing anything. If an off-the-shelf tool covers your need at a reasonable price, we will tell you. Custom development makes sense when the process is specific to your business, when you need systems integrated that don't connect natively, or when usage volume makes generic licences more expensive than a purpose-built solution over time.
- Do iOS and Android mean paying twice?
- No. We develop Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and cross-platform technologies that work on iOS, Android and desktop from a single codebase. Palvetagem — a complete liturgical app for the Catholic community in Estonia — works on any device, installs from the browser without any app store, and runs fully offline.
- Who owns the code when the project ends?
- You do, completely. The source code, database, server access and all linked accounts are in your name from day one. There is no technical dependency on us for you to keep operating.
- Can I update the app's content myself without technical knowledge?
- In most cases, yes. During development we define which parts you need to update yourself and build the management interface accordingly. For structural changes or new features, the technical team steps in.
- What is a PWA and why do you use them?
- A Progressive Web App lives in the browser but behaves like a native app: it installs on the home screen, works offline and loads fast. It requires no App Store or Google Play publication, which simplifies distribution and updates. Two of our live projects — AI Employee (voice-based order management for distribution and hospitality) and Palvetagem (offline liturgical app) — are PWAs.
- How long does development take?
- It depends on complexity. We cannot give you a timeline without knowing your case. In the discovery call we analyse the scope and agree a realistic schedule before signing anything.
- What support is there after delivery?
- We include team training and technical support during the launch period. For the long term, we offer ongoing maintenance: security updates, bug fixes and feature evolution as your business grows.
