Project · Voice agent automation
AI Employee
You go out to sell. He stays by the phone. While you visit clients, your voice employee calls your entire portfolio, collects orders and sends you what each client needs straight to your phone. You come back in the afternoon and that half of the work is done.

For those who do it all alone
Half your day, given back
Visits, orders, shipments, collections... and on top of all that, the phone. That's not one job, it's two. This is the half you hand over to the agent:
Routine calls
Every week it calls your entire portfolio to collect the order. Natural voice, client by client. You don't dial a single number.
Orders, instantly
What the client orders reaches you processed in real time: quantities, date, notes. Ready to prepare the shipment — no handwritten notes.
What the client needs
Want a visit, more stock, an invoice? The alert comes to you with the detail and the appointment goes straight into your calendar. You just decide.
The phone when you can't
In a meeting, driving, at ten at night: he answers, resolves and schedules. No missed call will ever cost you an order again.

Your portfolio when you get back from the route: who ordered, who wants a visit and who needs calling. Nobody wrote a thing — he did.
Your new day-to-day
This is your week with him on staff
1You hand over the list
You load your clients into the CRM and tell it who to call, why and when. Five minutes, once.
2You go out to sell
You to your visits. Meanwhile, he's calling: greeting, asking about the order and confirming with the client.
3Orders come to you
Every call becomes a message on your phone: the order, the appointment or whatever the client needs.
4You close the day at zero
Up-to-date history, squared calendar and tomorrow's calls already scheduled. No homework at night.
How it was built
Born from a real problem
1The need
A sales rep opening a new market in another country, completely alone: visits by day and calls, orders and notes at night. The phone was stealing exactly the hours meant for selling.
2The approach
Instead of hiring someone, we built him an employee: voice agent, CRM, calendar and history in a single platform, accessible by Face ID, fingerprint or PIN.
3The delivery
Today it's in production, on web and in his pocket as an app (PWA), collecting real restaurant orders every week while he visits clients.

The day's report, written on its own: each call with its outcome and duration.
How many hours does the phone steal from you every week?
